An optional additional component of our THRIVE Programme, which has limited availability, is to be paired with an Edge Hill member of staff for 1:1 coaching conversations throughout your first year. They will help signpost you to any support you may need, as well as work with you on improving soft skills such as communication, time management and organisation.
